Welcome to the page of the oil made tailored for you! Directly from the tree to the table!
On this page you can book a small quantity of olives to cultivate (variety) and produce a oil, single variety or multi variety whichever best meets your tastes. A small sheet outlining the variety present in the olive oil mill, the collection period and the organoleptic characteristics. You can follow all stages of processing and packaging of olive oil through texts and photos that will be sent to your inbox. The oil can be packaged in cans of 5 liters or 1 liter bottles. Olive Variety Coratina: intense fruity oil. Bitter and spicy with a hint of artichoke leaves. Collection from late November to late January.
Olive Variety Leccino: light fruity oil. Slightly bitter and spicy with fresh almond sents. Collected by mid-November and late December.
Olive Variety Frantoio: intense fruity oil, sour and spicy, with clear hints of green grass. Collected by mid-November and late December.
Olive Variety Picholine: light fruity and mature olive oil. Mildly spicy with hints of green tomato. Collection by mid-November to late December.
Olive Variety Nociara: fruity oil and slightly mature. Mildly spicy with hints of grass and tomato. Collection in November.
Olive Variety Pizzuta or Ogliarola: Delicate taste. Slightly bitter and spicy with a hint of almond. Collection from late November to late January.
